The Centre for Somatics is a space for body-led work. It houses a range of classes and workshops such as Reiki, somatic bodywork and movement  and Tantric practices.

The work lives at the meeting point of body, breath, awareness, and relationship. It is shaped by a devotion to listening: listening to the body’s intelligence, to the subtleties of connection, and to the stories that live beneath words.
