International Perspectives in the Care of Transgender Adolescents
The symposium provides an international professional platform for sharing current knowledge and clinical experience in the care of transgender and gender-diverse adolescents. It fosters interdisciplinary dialogue on contemporary challenges in sexology, psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, and law within Czech, Slovak, European, and American contexts.
The program focuses on Czech and international models of care and guidelines (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, USA), as well as on the clinical, social, and legal aspects of care. The final session addresses current issues in contemporary practice, including sports. The detailed program is available on our website.
The symposium connects perspectives of experts across disciplines and is intended for professionals, academic staff, and students engaged in this field.
