Emergent Men
A Transformational Day Of Men's Work
How connected do you currently feel to your own body and its innate power and strength?
Are you seeking tools to enhance your emotional well-being and develop a greater sense of inner calmness?
Do you desire a sense of brotherhood and connection with like-minded individuals on a similar path of personal growth?
Are you ready to feel self-empowered as a man?
Then this experience is for you.
Emergent Men invite you to a full-day transformational experience to dive into the depths of your masculinity. Participating in rituals and experiencing brotherhood creates a supportive community where men can connect with others who share similar experiences and aspirations. Allowing men to tap into their personal power and cultivate strength within their masculine bodies. Focusing on both our individual and relational experiences, we will go through a series of exercises, practises and sharing over the day.
This is your opportunity to share, to heal and to grow; to step up as a man into recognition of your empowered self. We are excited for you to join us on this experience and lovingly anticipate welcoming you into the space.

YInner-Work Practises
Embodiment - Embodiment as a man involves tuning into your body and cultivating a sense of power and strength in your masculine form. Through the practice of yoga, we will explore movement and motion to connect with our bodies.
Breathwork - Breathwork is an ancient healing modality that harnesses the power of the breath to activate and relax the nervous system, guiding us on a transformative journey. In this experience, you will learn to merge with your breath and discover your own authentic and empowered capabilities.
Meditation - Cultivating states of stillness is crucial for a man to deeply embody his presence. Through various meditation practices, we will explore techniques that enable us to connect with the inner calm energy within.
Shadow Work - By employing Jungian Psychology, we will delve into the hidden aspects of your psyche, the shadows you conceal from yourself. Utilizing proven techniques, we will shed light on these areas and facilitate personal growth.
Ritual Connection - Engaging in a series of practices that foster a deep connection with yourself and the collective of this brotherhood. These rituals will guide you towards a greater understanding of your own truth and self-awareness.
Confrontation & Boundary Training - Healthy competition is essential for the development of healthy masculinity. We will explore playful confrontation as a means of connecting with your inner child. Through somatic practices, we will activate and delve into the emotional body, allowing for a safe exploration of deeper emotions such as joy, anger, grief, and fear.
Sound Bath & Sacred Song - Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound alchemy and sacred songs. This experience will harmonize us as brothers, connect us to our voices, and facilitate integration and deep relaxation.
By engaging in these activities and practices, you will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and holistic well-being.
