Our holiday-inspired menu begins with a selection of appetizers, including Foie Gras Terrine and Creamy Chicken Croquettes with touches of Champagne Passion Jelly, Mulberry Jam, and Hua-Hin Farm Caviar. Main courses feature a refreshing Tuna Carpaccio with Wasabi Ice Cream, a rich Phuket Andaman Lobster Bisque, and a beautifully prepared Turkey Roulade with Cranberry Jam and Butternut Purée. Indulge in a fine Selection of Cheeses and a traditional Sticky Toffee Christmas Pudding to conclude the meal.

Enhancing this culinary experience, we present Champagne Chaîne des Rôtisseurs by Billecart-Salmon, a vibrant and refined blend; Verget Pouilly-Fuissé “Grands Terroirs Oubliés” 2021, crisp with green fruit notes; Roagna Langhe Rosso 2018, a complex Nebbiolo; and Niepoort Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) Port 2017, structured and rich to perfectly accompany dessert.
