Enjoy citrus-cured salmon, Okinawa scallop, and Brittany turbot cooked on the bone, complemented by Côteaux Bourguignons Blanc and Gelblack Trocken wines. Savor Rangers Valley Angus sirloin from the Santa Maria BBQ with winter truffle purée, paired with Lucente, Tenuta Luce. Conclude with a fine cheese selection and Niepoort LBV Port.
