Set atop the lush hillside of Avista Hideaway overlooking the Andaman Sea, Tambu’s rooftop tented palace will host this extraordinary evening where two of Southeast Asia’s most visionary Indian chefs unite to craft a progressive 7-course tasting journey, blending ancient techniques with modern storytelling through fire, spice, and smoke.
