Chaine des Rotisseurs Oktoberfest at Eden by the lake

Dear Members and Friends,

Raise your steins and join us for an evening of Bavarian cheer as the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs celebrates Oktoberfest at Eden by the Lake on Thursday, 16 October 2025. In the beautiful lakeside setting, we will gather for a festive night of German food, fine drinks, and warm camaraderie.

Our evening begins at 5:30 pm with a Champagne reception accompanied by canapés, before we move into dinner, where the atmosphere will be transformed into a true Oktoberfest. Guests will enjoy free-flow HB Weizen and Andechser Light on tap, alongside a curated line-up of authentic bottled German brews including Hofbräu Schwarze Weisse, Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier, Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier, Paulaner Münchner Hell, Kloster Andechs Doppelbock Dunkel, and Kloster Andechs Weissbier Hell.

The menu promises to be a hearty celebration of Bavarian classics. Expect traditional Weisswurst, roast pork knuckle (Schweinshaxe), roast chicken (Hendl), Leberkäse, Nürnberg Würstchen, and Käsespätzle, all paired with a rich selection of sides—pretzels, homemade sourdough bread, stock-based potato salad, sauerkraut, red cabbage, fried potatoes, and the famous Bavarian cheese spread, Obatzda. The evening will end on a sweet note with warm apple strudel served with vanilla sauce.

Guests are encouraged to embrace the Oktoberfest spirit, on top of the Chaîne ribbons, smart attire, or even a touch of Bavarian flair such as lederhosen or dirndls. With seating for just 20 to 25 guests, we kindly ask you to confirm your attendance ASAP.
