As the fragrance of autumn’s most prized delicacy graces our tables, we gather to honor the legendary Alba White Truffle—the “white diamond” of Piedmont—through an exquisite five-course menu thoughtfully paired with exceptional Italian wines.

Our evening begins with an elegant aperitivo, featuring Assortimento di Stuzzichini paired with 2017 Contratto Metodo Classico Extra Brut and Contrattino Aperitivo Bitter, followed by refined dishes such as Carne Cruda di Fassona con Uova di Quaglia e Tartufo Bianco, Risotto Carnaroli Aquarello Riserva con Tartufo Bianco, and Agnolotti al Burro con Tartufo Bianco, each accompanied by distinguished wines from Villa Sparina and La Spinetta.

The main course, Guancia di Manzo Brasata al Barolo con Polenta Bianca, will be complemented by the noble 2012 / 2013 Damilano Barolo Liste DOCG, before concluding with Búnet—a traditional Piedmontese chocolate and amaretti pudding—paired with 2024 Michele Chiarlo Moscato d’Asti DOCG Nivole.
