My Team Around Me is a multi-agency, wrap around approach, designed to support people experiencing multiple disadvantage to live a life beyond services.
The approach is increasingly being recognised as a way to deliver a multi-agency response to help supporting people who are underserved by the system, or where clients experience multiple disadvantage.

Who is it for? 

We welcome anyone involved with supporting people who are experiencing multiple disadvantage. This foundation course has been designed for operational staff and managers, however the training is open to strategic positions or members of the community who would find it beneficial.
This training encourages attendees to work with colleagues from across other services. 

Venue & Parking
Please note the venue is within the Bristol Clean air zone, so please check whether your car is exempt or if you'll be required to pay the tariff when making travel arrangements.
The venue does not have additional parking for attendees, there are local car parks nearby, or many public transport options available.
There are bike stands available around the side of the building.
