The Charleston Memorial Stair Climb will be on Saturday, June 17th. Packet pick-up and registration (if still available) will begin at 7am and conclude at 8am. An opening ceremony will take place at 8am and the first climbers will begin climbing at 8:46am. All participants will climb 110 flights of stairs (a combination of up and down) in honor of the height of the World Trade Center. This year we will have waves and you will receive your wave number at packet pick up. We will offer packet pickup again on Friday, June 16th at Oak Road Brewery in Summerville. We encourage all climbers, regardless of waive, to arrive no later than 8am for the group photo and opening ceremonies. Waves will be released as quickly as possible, not on a set timeframe.
412 participants (first responders and civilians) will be able to register - 1 in honor of each first responder lost in the line of duty on September 11th. This is a public event, First Responders (active and retired), Military Members, and Civilians are all encouraged to participate as well must all continue to Never Forget. K-9 Officers are encouraged to climb with their K-9 Partners.
IMPORTANT - If you are registering multiple climbers please be sure to include information for each person. Please DO NOT put the same info in for all tickets. We need appropriate info for each climber for shirts and waivers. We also need proper contact information for each climber.
