Farm Tour including a visit to the Highland Cows

Join us on our family farm, where the thing that makes us happiest is watching people make memories.

Our brand-new Farm Tours offer adults and children the chance to go behind the scenes and see how our farm works, guided by the people who know it best. You’ll be guided by Farmer G or Archie who spend their days on the farm and will be happy to answer all your questions along the way.

Along the route you’ll:

• Meet June and Dee, our newest additions – beautiful Highland cows
• Say hello to our goats and meet the piglets
• See where and how we grow our strawberries, raspberries, asparagus, and Christmas trees
• Hear about our orchard and pumpkin patch
• Learn a little about our wind turbine and solar panels
• Discover more about where your food comes from and the journey it takes from farm to table

The tour lasts approximately 40 minutes and includes opportunities for photographs and to see the animals being fed. At the end of the tour, you’ll be able to get close to our super-friendly hens and ducks and scatter some feed for them.

While this tour does not include hands-on animal experiences, you’ll spend time close to the animals, see their personalities, and hear some interesting farm facts.

Important Information

• Hot water hand-washing facilities are provided at the end of the tour
• Please wrap up warm and wear sturdy footwear
• This is a walking tour around our farm. May not be suitable for prams or wheelchairs

• Infants under 2: Free

We ask that there is at least one adult for every two children on the tour.

Don’t forget, you can also book into our cosy coffee shop for a coffee, hot chocolate, sweet treat, or a spot of lunch. If the weather allows, stay on for a play in the park or browse the shop.
