Join us for another gentle and nourishing morning of movement, breath, and song.

This special gathering begins with a soft Vinyasa yoga practice led by Chelle (Vibe Movement), easing the body open through mindful flow. We will then move into an uplifting Singing Circle guided by Charlie (Charlotte Boyd), inviting you to explore your embodied voice through simple songs, shared harmony, and creative expression.

Together, Charlie and Chelle offer a playful and heartfelt space where movement, voice, and presence meet—encouraging freedom, connection, and joyful self-expression.

🍞 After the practice, you’re warmly invited to join us for lunch at the Bakehouse, a lovely chance to connect and continue the conversation. Lunch not included.

Come as you are - no yoga or singing experience needed. Wear comfy clothes to move in with ease. Bring your curiosity and your voice ✨ a water bottle, yoga mat and a cosy blanket. *we have spare mats*
