Chess for Beginners session 3 out of 3 (Ages 8 - 16)

This is session 3 for a 3 part beginner course in chess. Please sign-up for all 3 sessions separately.

Programme for beginners run by the Charlton Kings Junior Chess Club. These sessions are aimed at those looking to learn and understand the basics of chess.

This session is suitable for Chess Beginners, assuming no, or very little chess knowledge.

Session 1 (27th July) 11am - 12:15pm: - Board, Pawns Rooks and Bishops

Session 2 (30 July) 11am - 12:15pm: - Queens, Knights and Kings

Session 3 (4th August) 11am - 12:15pm: - Checks and Checkmates, introduction to online, play

This session is organised and funded by Charlton Kings Parish Council, for Families and Children within the Charlton Kings Parish.

Parents/guardians are required to Drop off and Pick up children. Please ensure the Parent/Guardian listed on the booking form is the one responsible for Drop off and Pick up.

All ticket information will be shared with the session/workshop providers and information will be stored by Charlton Kings Parish Council in line with our GDPR/Dara Storage Policy.
