Invent your own Remote Control Car (Ages 9-12yrs)

Get ready to become an inventor! In this fun, hands-on STEM session, participants will build, code, and race their own remote control cars using a BBC micro:bit as the brain. Along the way, they'll discover how coding, electronics, and engineering work together as they test ideas, solve problems, and improve their cars before taking on the final race challenge. It's a creative, action-packed session that inspires curiosity, teamwork, and confidence through making something that's truly their own.

This session is organised and funded by Charlton Kings Parish Council, for Families and Children within the Charlton Kings Parish.

Parents/guardians are required to Drop off and Pick up children. Please ensure the Parent/Guardian listed on the booking form is the one responsible for Drop off and Pick up.

All ticket information will be shared with the session/workshop providers and information will be stored by Charlton Kings Parish Council in line with our GDPR/Dara Storage Policy.
