Join us at The Stanton Hall on Thursday 12 November for an informative evening exploring the health of the River Chelt and the work being done to care for our local waterways.
The Guardians of River Chelt will introduce their work, followed by Dr Ceri Davies from the University of Gloucestershire, who will share findings from nearly two years of water quality monitoring on the Chelt and introduce plans for a new Riverfly testing project next year.
We’ll also hear from Karen Andrews, Severn Vale Catchment Co-ordinator at the Environment Agency, about the Severn Vale Catchment Partnership, its flagship programmes and progress with the Our Living Rivers programme for Gloucester and Cheltenham.
💬 The evening will finish with an opportunity to ask questions and share your thoughts.
Whether you're interested in local wildlife, water quality or the future of our rivers, come along to learn more and join the conversation!
