Terms and Conditions

• Every entrant must be registered.

• Entrants can register on behalf of other team members with their correct data and consent.
  
  
• Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  
  
• Participants under 12 years old can register free of charge.
  
  
• Participants take part at their own risk and must take responsibility for ensuring that they are fit and able and seek medical advice from a doctor where appropriate.
  
  
• Organisers do not accept responsibility for injury, loss and damage sustained by a participant unless the above injury, loss and damage is proven to have been caused as a direct result of negligence on the part of the organisers.
  
  
• Participants must abide by the rules, instructions and regulations provided by organisers particularly regarding the designated route.
  
  
• The registration fee is refundable only if the event is cancelled. If you withdraw following registration, please notify the organisers.
  
  
• Whilst there is no minimum fundraising target, we would encourage all participants to raise as much as you can for the appeal.
  
  
• Participants are discouraged from bringing valuables to the event. The organisers will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of participants’ possessions.
  
  
• Photography will be taking place during the event for promotional purposes.
  If you do not want your image used, please contact the organisers in advance or on event day.
