CHAT brings Hmong fashion designers from Laos, Thailand and Vietnam to showcase their work! Located at the new North End Event Center at the MN State Fair the show starts promptly at 6:30pm. But there is a marketplace that starts at 4:30pm too! Find beautiful Hmong inspired arts and craft outside of the main hall in the lobby.
