The original idea for this event emerged from a desire to provide genuine medalist schools with more opportunities to compete in a fun, friendly, and encouraging atmosphere, without the pressure of qualifying for Blackpool events.

The Rayleigh Medalist Festival is strictly by invitation only with minimal rules, we trust the teachers we invite share our ethos and understanding, ensuring a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all.
