Birdsong at Sunrise

Join us for a gentle early morning walk to experience one of spring’s most magical moments,  the dawn chorus.

Most of us do not see Cox’s Meadow at 5am.

At that time of day, while most of Cheltenham is still asleep, the meadow is full of birdsong, and for a little while the whole place feels completely different.

Join us for Birdsong at Sunrise – a gentle early morning walk to experience the dawn chorus and welcome the day together.

You do not need to know anything about birds, or be able to tell a chiffchaff from a blackbird. Just come along, wrap up warm and enjoy one of the loveliest and quietest times of day in a beautiful place.

There is something rather special about being up early enough to hear the birds before the town wakes up.
