Description
Air Source Heat Pump Demonstration - Understanding the Basics
This is your chance to see an air source heat pump in action and ask any questions you have.
Run by a certified trade trainer rather than a sales person, each 30 minute session will demystify the technology and show you how a heat pump could potentially work in your home. The heat pump will be fully operational and connected to pipework, radiators and hot water cylinder.
This free educational service is part of the Future Fit Homes Cheltenham project - funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and South West Net Zero Hub - and aims to provide Cheltenham residents with more information on low-carbon heating options.
Heat pumps may not be for you (yet) but why not come along and challenge our trainer, Clive Archer, to show you the longer-term benefits? CBC's Retrofit Engagement Officer, Sue Gorman, will also be on hand to offer advice on running costs and general energy efficiency.
We recommend that you book your place now and come well wrapped up as it may be chilly!
Further information as to how we collect your information and what we use this for can be found in the community engagement privacy notice on the Cheltenham Borough Council website. Please note that anonymised data will be shared with the Future Fit Homes project funder to assess the value of this event.
