Join us in our gorgeous mountain amphitheater to celebrate Pioneer Day with uplifting pioneer stories told by master storyteller Glenn Rawson. Connect with Cache Valley's pioneer forebears and faith heritage with an evening crowds loved in 2024.
This year he will also be joined by Alex Sharpe, former Grammy-nominated vocalist for Celtic Woman who has performed as a solo performer for the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square. She will round out the evening with pioneer songs rendered in her "crystal voice."
We're also bringing in The American Legacy dancers to perform authentic pioneer dancing.

Glenn Rawson
Glenn Rawson is a master storyteller focused on pioneer and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints history. His podcasts, Youtube broadcasts and more have earned hundreds of thousands of views as he tells uplifting stories of pioneers and others.
While many of his stories focus in on difficult times, you'll walk away uplifted and feeling connected to the pioneer forebears of Cache Valley.
Alex Sharpe
In the United States Alex is best known as a former member of the Grammy nominated group CELTIC WOMAN.
Celtic Woman has sold over ten million CDs and DVDs, making it the only all-female act to achieve multi-platinum success in the classical crossover and world music genres during the past decade. Named Billboard's #1 World Music Artist of the Year six times, twelve of their studio CDs debuted at #1 on Billboard's World Album chart. Celtic Woman has also scored two Top 10 debuts on Billboard's influential album chart and five Top Five DVDs on Billboard's Top Video chart, as well as achieving platinum-level sales in nine countries. Their 2016 album release, Destiny, was nominated for a Grammy award in the category of Best World Music Album, marking the group's first-ever Grammy nomination.

Alex Sharpe is a delightful Irish performer who brings a big personality to the stage along with a crystal-clear voice you have to hear to believe. She has toured extensively throughout the world and performed on prime-time TV shows such as ‘Dancing With The Stars,’ The Regis & Kelly Show, The Today Show and the National Christmas Tree Lighting 2009.
Alex has starred in mega stage productions including Cameron Mackintosh's LES MISERABLES, Andrew Lloyd Webber's premiere of THE BEAUTIFUL GAME and many more.
She's also graced the stage extensively as a solo performer for:

In December 2021, she performed as guest soloist for the WITNESSES OF CHRISTMAS concert with Jenny Oaks Baker & Family Four for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at the Rome Temple Visitors Centre and in 2023 at the Roman Amphitheatre from Merida, Spain which was broadcast worldwide and on KSL TV.
In December 2022 she toured the United States with JOY TO THE WORLD a Christmas Celebration and in March 2023 she released the theme song and music video “Faith Of Our Fathers” for the annual RootsTech 2023 Worldwide Convention.
The American Legacy is a dynamic folk dance group dedicated to preserving and sharing our rich cultural heritage with audiences around the globe.

GENERAL CONCERT INFO:
Buy seats in any section and come ASAP after the gates open to get the best seats in your section. All seats will be offered on first-come-first-served basis, even in VIP and A Section. Access to the grassy area in the B Section roughly as shown above. You may bring your own seating if aligned with below requirements. You may also rent an approved chair at checkout. Many in the General Admission section bring blankets to spread for the show. Gates open 2 hours before the show. You may save seats upon arrival and take a scenic lift ride (prepurchase to save $8) and/or grab dinner in the lodge (prepurchase only, included with VIP.)

VIP SEATING:
The VIP seating areas are nearest to the stage. Seating within the VIP section is on a first come/first served basis, so arrive early for the best possible seat. VIP seating will only be allowed up to two hours before show time. We recommend you show up at gate opening, take your scenic lift ride and come back down in time for dinner. A SECTION SEATING:
A Section is located just behind the VIP seating. New for 2025, A Section seating also comes with approved camp chair rental. Dinner and scenic lift rides available as add-ons.
GENERAL ADMISSION B SEATING:
General admission B seating includes the grassy area behind the A section roughly as shown on the venue map. Dinner and scenic lift rides available as add-ons.
You may bring your own seating, but see requirements above. Regulation-compliant chairs are available for rental at checkout or on site while supplies last.
You are welcome to bring your own blankets or concert chairs for seating, provided the chairs stand no taller than 26 inches (not a standard camp chair, see photo above). We do ask that you don’t take up an unreasonable amount of space for either chairs or blankets and we reserve the right to limit the size and number of blankets as we see fit in order to best accommodate all guests.
Limited seating will be available for individuals with disabilities or conditions that may require seating not in compliance with the chair regulations. Please see a member of the Cherry Peak staff upon arrival for assistance.
Please carry out everything that you carry in to help keep our facility clean. General admission B seating is on a first come/first served basis, so arrive early for the best possible seating or consider an upgrade to VIP or A Section where you can choose your seats ahead of time.
General admission seating will only be allowed up to two hours before show time.
Any attendee under age 2 is free with a ticketed parent or guardian.
SCENIC LIFT RIDE (NEW FOR 2025)
INCLUDED WITH VIP TICKETS! Even if you've skied Cherry Peak, you've likely never experienced the views from Cherry Peak in summer. Available for prepurchase here as an add-on to A and B section tickets. Included for VIPs. Plan to get here early to take a scenic lift ride to see the entire valley from above with its summer greens. Great for a photo op or magical moment with that special someone before the show. Plan ahead to arrive with at least 30 min. to an hour extra for the roundtrip and some time at the top.

Outside food will not be allowed in the venue. NO COOLERS ALLOWED AND NO GLASS CONTAINERS.
SMOKING/VAPING
In compliance with the Utah Clean Air Act, Cherry Peak is a non-smoking facility. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the designated area outside the main entrance gate. Thank you for your cooperation.
APPROPRIATE CONDUCT
We want the Cherry Peak concerts to be enjoyed by all participants. Therefore, guests are expected to dress and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner and to refrain from both conduct and language that would be considered offensive or disruptive. If you are dressed in an offensive manner, or are engaged in any type of inappropriate conduct, you may be escorted from the premises.
PETS
With the exception of service animals you may not bring pets to the concerts. Comfort animals are also prohibited.
PARKING
Gold and silver passes for parking nearest the lodge are available on a limited basis for each concert. They may be purchased with your tickets at checkout online or in person but are anticipated to sell out quickly for most concerts. Bronze parking is the most affordable option, but it does mean a bit of a walk on somewhat steep terrain.
MOBILITY IMPAIRMENTS
If you or a member of your party has mobility impairments, accommodations will be made for seating in a wheelchair accessible area. This includes both general admission areas as well as th VIP seating area. Notify a parking attendant or other member of the Cherry Peak staff upon arrival for further assistance. You may also call Cherry Peak Customer Service at 435-200-5050 in advance to arrange for special accommodations.
WEATHER CONDITIONS AND CONCERT CANCELLATION
Rain or Shine THE SHOW WILL GO ON! Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Please remember that it can become cool at night at Cherry Peak Resort once the sun goes down.
If for some reason a show must be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, we will refund your purchase minus the facility fee.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Recording or transmitting of the concerts is strictly prohibited. Flash photography is also prohibited. Non-flash photography may be permitted. If photography is completely prohibited, an announcement will be made prior to the start of the show.
RETURNS
All ticket sales are final, including in the event of a venue change. Tickets are transferable and may be resold in the event you can't make it.

DIRECTIONS
ONLY 20 MINUTES FROM LOGAN! Turn east at the stoplight in Richmond, just 15 minutes north of Logan and south of Preston. Turn north on 300 East, then east again on 500 North (which turns into 11000 North). Follow the paved road just another few short miles up the canyon to Cherry Peak Resort!
VENUE
Our natural mountain amphitheater is a great place to see a show surrounded by mountains, but it has limited capacity due to fire restrictions. The venue is subject to change when we sell beyond our permitted capacity.
