Concert Information
Seating
Seating in all sections is first-come, first-served. Gates open two hours before the performance so guests can choose their seats, settle in, and enjoy dinner before the show.
VIP Section
VIP includes dinner, seating nearest the stage, and an approved camp chair rental. Early arrival is recommended for the best available seats. Dinner will be catered by
A Section
A Section is directly behind VIP and includes an approved camp chair rental. Dinner may be purchased as an add-on.
General Admission B
General Admission B is the grassy area behind A Section. Guests may bring blankets or concert chairs no taller than 26 inches. Chair rentals may also be available while supplies last. Dinner may be purchased as an add-on.

Limited alternative seating is available for guests with disabilities or other accessibility needs. Please speak with an Eagle Point staff member upon arrival for assistance.

Parking
A parking fee applies to vehicles driving to the concert. Prepaid parking guests will have a separate entry line. Guests camping at the resort do not need a parking pass.
Food & Drinks
Food and beverages will be available for purchase before and during the show. Outside food, coolers, and glass containers are not permitted.
Venue Policies
- Smoking and vaping are allowed only in the designated area outside the main entrance
- Pets are not permitted, except for service animals
- Recording or transmitting the concert is prohibited
- Flash photography is prohibited
- Non-flash photography may be permitted unless otherwise announced
- All ticket sales are final, but tickets may be transferred or resold
Weather & Cancellation
The concert will take place rain or shine. Mountain temperatures may become cool in the evening, so please dress accordingly.
If the event must be canceled and cannot be rescheduled, purchases will be refunded minus applicable fees.
