Chesapeake Curling Club welcomes anyone interested in curling to come to one of our Learn to Curl events. Curling is an accessible sport, open to people of all ages and physical abilities. For our public Learn to Curl events we request youth be over the age of 13 and attend with an adult. (See our website for information about Junior Curling Programs for youth ages 8 - 18.)

In 90 minutes, we'll teach you the basics:

• Delivering the stone

• Sweeping the stone
• Basic game strategy

• Mini game

We supply all the gear. All you need to bring is a clean pair of sneakers, warm clothing, and a desire to experience the hottest sport on ice.

We hope you'll enjoy your time with us, and if you decide to join the curling club within two weeks of your Learn to Curl, your LTC fee will be applied towards your first-year membership dues of $200.00.

If this Learn to Curl needs to be cancelled every attempt will be made to re-schedule and rain-checks will be offered before refunds will be issued. Ticket holders that email the club more than seven days before the event can request a full refund, refunds will not be issued within seven days of the event.
