10.00 – 12 noon - Building Value - Learn what makes your service value, the types of value and how to best communicate it
12 noon – 1pm Complimentary Light Lunch
1pm - 3pm – Objection Handling & Closure - Handle objections with confidence and learn how to close like a geek!
