Join us for a practical psychological overview of PTSD, designed to help all Fire Service staff recognise signs, better understand their own experiences, and support colleagues.
The session will be delivered by Paula Woodruff, Assistant Clinical Lead, CBT Therapist and Armed Forces Champion at Fire Service Headquarters in the Lecture Theatre from 11am - 12pm.
