Cheshire Saxophone Quartet – Debut Christmas Concert

Join us for the very first performance by the Cheshire Saxophone Quartet! We are stepping onto the stage for our debut concert on Friday 27th November at 7:30pm at Lymm Methodist Church.

We’ve put together a varied, welcoming programme designed for music lovers of all ages. The first half features classical and film highlights—including Piazzolla’s Café 1930, Bach’s Fugue in G Mino and Gershwin’s An American in Paris, alongside lovely melodies such as Autumn Leaves, A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square, and Studio Ghibli favourites. The second half brings a festive holiday feel with Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite, Boogie Woogie Santa Claus, and Christmas carols.

Tickets & Refreshments: Tickets are £10 full price / £7 concessions, which includes complimentary tea, coffee, and a sweet treat during the interval!

Supporting Charitable Causes: All concert profits will be donated directly to Frances House Children's Hospice and Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Funds raised will help purchase musical instruments to encourage gentle parent–infant bonding for newborn babies in neonatal care, as well as providing comforting musical experiences for children and families receiving palliative and end-of-life support.

• Pedestrian Access: A cut-through path near the dental surgery on Davies Way brings you out directly down from the church entrance.
