Join the global conversation about using chess as a tool for education!

Every last Wednesday of the month ECU Education Commission and ChessPlus hold a Discussion Group meeting for chess educators to share and discuss their experiences, ideas and knowledge on different topics related to Chess in Education. The event is supported by the European Chess Union.

Discussion Group Meetings allow participants to share their knowledge and expertise on a particular topic regarding Chess in Education. Participants can learn from each other and gain new insights through different perspectives and experiences.

Karel van Delft and Can Kabadayi work together in a working group of the Chessable science team about decision-making. They will explore and discuss the relationship between Science and Chess and how to apply insights into practice.

They will also talk about scientific activities in relation to chess and ideas about scientific research about teaching and learning chess.
