Join the global conversation about using chess as a tool for education!
Every last Wednesday of the month ECU Education Commission and ChessPlus hold a Discussion Group meeting for chess educators to share and discuss their experiences, ideas and knowledge on different topics related to Chess in Education. The event is supported by the European Chess Union.
Topicc: The CGS Project - Chess: a Game to be Spread in Schools
The European Chess Union's Education Commission has been working on several Chess in Education projects and wants to support and inspire everyone with ideas from several fields on doing a successful project using chess as an educational tool.
The main role of ECU and its Education Commission is to create and provide the best practices and guidelines for using chess in and outside of the classrooms for educational purposes.

Discussion Group Meetings allow participants to share their knowledge and expertise on a particular topic regarding Chess in Education. Participants can learn from each other and gain new insights through different perspectives and experiences.
