Every last Wednesday of the month, the ECU Education Commission holds a Discussion Group Meeting for chess educators to share knowledge and discuss ideas on various topics related to Chess in Education.

Discussion Group Meetings allow participants to learn from one another and gain new insights through diverse perspectives.

This month's topic:
Chess in Schools BEST PRACTICE AWARD, A successful national project from Czechia

This presentation will introduce how the Czech Chess Federation has built a successful national Chess in Schools project. Awarded the ECU Chess in Schools Best Practice Award, the project is a strong example of how a federation can take Chess in Education seriously and translate its vision into a comprehensive, well-structured system that supports schools, teachers and pupils at every level.
