Chess in Education
PLANNING your chess lessons
When making a lesson plan to use chess as an educational tool and planning for the whole academic year, teachers should consider a range of questions to ensure effective planning. By answering these questions, teachers can create well-structured lesson plans and develop a comprehensive approach to teaching chess throughout the academic year. This ensures that students not only learn the rules but also develop valuable social, emotional, cognitive and strategic skills through chess instructions.
Bring your ideas and expertise and share your best practices regarding planning for your chess lessons and for the new academic year.
