▪️Early bird tickets are fully refundable until 13th August 

▪️ Hardship tickets fund will open in February for anyone who can't afford a standard ticket. You must be in receipt of a Universal credit benefit to qualify. 

▪️Standard Plus & VIP platinum include any 5 drinks from Chester Pride operated bars (spirits are served as singles) 

▪️Standard 5 include any soft or 0% drink 

▪️ID or proof of benefits maybe required for selected tickets 

▪️Free water available onsite, you may bring sealed bottles on site.

▪️Under 16s are free to attend the main event, but must be accompanied by a known person responsible for them, aged 18 plus (one adult may bring up to 3 under 16s but will still require a free ticket) 

* Some areas operate over 18s only and are still excluded to those under 18, even if accompanied by an adult)

Chester Pride is committed to creating a welcoming, safe and celebratory space for everyone. To help us maintain that environment, and in line with guidance from Cheshire West & Chester Council, we’re asking all attendees to support the following:

• Accessories such as click fans, t‑shirts and banners brought onto site or used during the Parade should avoid offensive wording, foul language, or content targeting any individual, organisation or campaign. Items that don’t meet this requirement won’t be permitted in the Parade or on site.
• Flags used during the event—whether in the Parade or on site—should be LGBT+ community flags only. We ask that flags relating to specific countries, political parties, organisations or current conflicts are not brought to the event.

TICKET REFUNDS

Early Bird tickets are fully refundable until the 13th of August, after this date no ticket is available for a refund. 

WATER 

Free water us available in site, guests are welcome to bring a sealed bottle of water, refillable bottles should be empty of any liquid when entering
