As part of CYCJ’s celebration of Restorative Justice Week, esteemed RJ academic Dr Steve Kirkwood, Head of Social Work at the University of Edinburgh, joins us to discuss his work, which critically explores and maps out the connections between values, principles, knowledge assumptions and practice guidelines to offer a Practice Framework for Restorative Justice. As well as hearing a summary of his findings, attendees will get the chance to ask Steve questions about his practice framework and wider academic exploration of Restorative Justice in Scotland and beyond.
This session will be recorded and shared on the CYCJ website. Cameras and mics will be switched off to all attendees, only the speakers and organisers of the event will have their cameras on.
Audience Event aimed at RJ practitioners and managers/leaders relating to RJ and justice, and anyone with an interest in RJ.
All registered attendees will be contacted with team's link 24 hours before each session. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact cycj@strath.ac.uk.
