Diversion from Prosecution (DfP)

The next DfP forum will take place on 16th June 2026 from 2pm - 3:30 pm.  This forum will provide an opportunity for attendees to hear about the 2026 version of the Diversion from Prosecution guidance, and to ask questions of representatives from the relevant bodies involved in Diversion. Attendees from social work, voluntary organisations, COPFS, police and other relevant agencies are all welcome.
