Early Help Practice and Process Training

This practical training session will support professionals to understand the Early Help approach and build confidence in working effectively with children and families. It will provide an overview of the local process alongside practical guidance to support good-quality Early Help practice.

You will learn:

• The purpose and process: why and how we help families using Early Help.
• The local context: understanding levels of intervention and support.
• Practical skills and processes: building confidence in completing a good-quality Early Help Assessment, developing effective plans with families, and chairing Early Help meetings effectively.

By booking a place on this training, there is an expectation that you will attend the full session. You will be asked to provide your manager’s name when booking. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by email to MARS@northlincs.gov.uk and copy your manager into the notification. Non-attendance without prior notification will be followed up with your line manager.
