Vision to actions: Strategic Planning, Annual Planning & Internal Evaluation

Not many of us got into teaching or leadership due to the allure of Strategic Planning, Annual Planning, and Internal Evaluation. As such, these topics might seem ‘big’ and outside our realm. We most likely got into teaching and leadership because we wanted to enact change, and positively contribute to the lives of children and families. Guess what? We are still doing just that!

This 3-hour course will break down Strategic Plans, Annual Plans, and Internal Evaluation into workable ways. We will be sharing templates and kōrero to ensure you feel more confident to put visions into actions with your teams, while keeping the best interests of the tamariki and whānau at the core of your work.

Course runs from 1pm-4pm (afternoon tea provided)
