What's the complication? It's only conversation! Effective teamwork and leadership require communication and conversation, which is not always easy. This workshop explores specific techniques and frameworks that will guide leaders and teachers to be able to discuss important and sensitive issues when needed. Participants will come away with tools to ensure they can engage in critical conversations whilst promoting values of courage and care.
