Wine writer, judge and critic, Christine has spent a lifetime working in wine. Formerly a wine buyer for a national supermarket, she now writes for The iPaper and The Yorkshire Post and has written for magazines such as Decanter, Good Housekeeping, Olive and House and Garden.

Multi award winning, she spends much of the year travelling to wine regions, finding out what makes some wines better than others, then she tastes through supermarket and independent merchants’ ranges to find the best flavours for money.
