Duffield Community Charity Rounders Tournament 2026

Gather your friends, family, neighbours or colleagues and join us for an afternoon of fun, laughter and friendly competition at our Community Charity Rounders Tournament!

This family-friendly event is being held in support of Bliss, the UK's leading charity for babies born premature or sick, as part of the #Chloe10for10 fundraising campaign.

Whether you're a seasoned rounders player or haven't picked up a bat since school, everyone is welcome. The emphasis is on participation, community spirit and having fun while raising money for a fantastic cause.

What's Included?

🏏 A fun tournament format with multiple guaranteed matches

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Mixed-age teams encouraged (ideally at least 2 children per team)

🏆 Winners medals and special awards

☕ Refreshments available throughout the afternoon

🌳 Bring a picnic and enjoy a great community day out

Team Information

• Team Entry: £40 per team
• Teams should consist of 8–12 players
• Mixed ages and abilities welcome
• Fancy dress encouraged (but not essential!)
• Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian

About Bliss

We are supporting Bliss because our daughter, Chloe, died at just three months old after being born extremely prematurely in 2016.

Ten years on, through the #Chloe10for10 campaign, we continue to honour Chloe's memory by raising funds and awareness for Bliss, the UK's leading charity for babies born premature or sick.

Every pound raised helps Bliss support families facing the challenges of neonatal care, while campaigning to improve experiences and outcomes for babies and their families across the UK.
