Christmas Reset Class

This session offers you the chance to take time out from the chaos of Christmas and enjoy two hours of yoga to reinvigorate and restore your mind, body and energy levels. The morning will include both a yin and yang (flowing hatha) style of yoga as well as breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation. Dedicated to your health and wellbeing, let this class be a little gift to yourself this Christmas. 

No experience is necessary although some knowledge of yoga (especially sun salutations) will be useful. This is an in-person event  only. Tickets are non-refundable or transferable.
