A slow, flowing dynamic yoga class that incorporates mindfulness and breath work. This class is suited to those with some experience of yoga rather than the complete beginner. The session will take place online via Zoom. You'll need a mat and any other props you might require.

Please note that cancellations up to 24 hours before the class are non-refundable. Transfers are possible, please contact the teacher directly.
