Chocolate & Co was born from heartbreak — and from hope. After losing two dear friends, Damien and Claire, to addiction during the isolation of the pandemic, we knew we had to act. We had witnessed how much having purpose, paid work, and a sense of community had helped them thrive. And we saw just how devastating it was when that support was taken away.

Rooted in our own lived experiences and driven by love, we created Chocolate & Co to challenge the stigma of addiction and offer a second chance to those so often left behind. We believe that when people feel seen, valued, and supported, transformation is possible.

Through meaningful employment and a compassionate community, we’re building a space where purpose, dignity, and belonging can spark real change — one life at a time.
