Start your day in your body, not your inbox. Best. Day. Ever! combines guided breathwork, intention, and fun, high-energy dance music to help you feel free, connected, and lit up from the inside. You’ll leave energized, grounded, and ready to meet your day with joy! And yes, many people really do have the best day ever afterward. 

What to Expect

Doors Open: 7:00 AM — slip into an easy, feel -good intentional entrance that gently wakes you up and eases you into the vibe before we dance
7:25 AM: We will be opening the dance with grounding breathwork to help you drop in, tune in, and set your spirit free. 
7:45 AM:  Light breakfast snacks and beverages will be served while the dance party begins! JessZeffect spins a magical mix to raise your energetic vibration until about 8:45 AM leaving plenty of time to connect with community. 
9:00 AM: We send you off, glowing, vibing, and ready to take on the world (or your day job)

*What to Bring

Bring a yoga mat for the breathwork session, your water bottle and a cup for warm beverages. We focus on sustainability and want to reduce our waste as much as possible.

At HOME, we challenge the status quo of the traditional music industry, disrupting the norm to empower artists, producers, and songwriters in a way that's never been done before. Their mission is to provide a supporting community for artist development and music production. We challenge the traditional norms of the music industry, putting creators first in an industry that often overlooks their needs!
