Olivier Latry at Christ Church, Oxford
We are excited to welcome Olivier Latry, titular organist of the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris, to Christ Church for a thrilling recital spanning 4 centuries of organ repertoire.
Established as the leading worldwide ambassador for his instrument, Olivier Latry has performed in the world’s most prestigious venues, been the guest of top orchestras throughout the world under renowned conductors, recorded for major labels and premiered an impressive number of works. Named titular organist at Notre-Dame in Paris at the age of 23 and organist Emeritus at the Orchestre National de Montréal since 2012, Olivier Latry is an accomplished, thoughtful and adventurous musician, exploring all possible fields of the organ music, with an exceptional talent as an improviser. This performance will last 70 minutes, with no interval. The performer will be not directly in view, but screens providing a live relay will be visible from all seats.

Accessibility
There is step free access to the venue and accessible toilets are available. The nearest blue badge parking spaces are directly by the entrance on St Aldates, and in Pembroke Street over the road.
An induction loop is in operation in the Cathedral.
Travelling Here
By Train: There are direct rail services to Oxford from locations including Birmingham, Manchester, Hereford, Worcester, Newcastle, and York. A direct service operates between London Paddington and Marylebone stations. The station is a 15-minute walk from Christ Church. Taxis are available at the main entrance.
By car: There is no visitor parking at Christ Church. Visitors travelling by car are encouraged to use Park and Ride buses. Please note that Oxford now has a traffic filter scheme in place, under which access to city centre carparks is only via Botley Road between 7am and 7pm.
By bus and coach: There are bus stops on St Aldates for local buses connecting Oxford with the city centre. The Oxford Tube leaves London at Victoria (Buckingham Palace Road), Marble Arch, Notting Hill Gate and Shepherd’s Bush arriving at St Aldates and Gloucester Green Bus Station. Journey time: 1 hour 45 minutes (approx.)
