The Gathering - April 24th 2026 (with weekend option)
A Christian worship event for young people (school years 7-13) from across Suffolk.
For the Friday night doors open at 6:30 for 7pm start, with a finishing time of 21:00. This event is being hosted from Vauxhall Farm.
In addition to the regular Friday evening, CYM and the Diocese of Ipswich and St Edmundsbury are offering the option of a whole weekend for further growth in community and discipleship. Departure from the weekend will be Sunday 26th April from 14:00.
The weekend's aim is to emphasis the importance of being together from across the county, whilst giving young people choice on how to shape their weekend. It will include seminar style teaching sessions on the Saturday morning, followed by activity choices, Bible studies, a prayer space, cafe area, revision space, sports facilities to utilise in the afternoon. There will be additional gathering spaces on the Saturday evening around the campfire and Sunday morning.
As this event is being advertised across Suffolk, we anticipate spaces to disappear quickly, so please make sure you book early to avoid disappointment!
