Cold Hands Warm Hearts believes in giving back to the community by providing a positive and welcoming place where people can receive help without feeling shame, judgment or rejection.
Through both conversations and actions, the ministry seeks to share the message and compassion of Christ.
The organization provides meals three days a week, along with clothing, hygiene products, outdoor gear and groceries for individuals and families in need.
Its work is about more than meeting immediate physical needs. It is also about creating a place where people feel seen, respected, accepted and reminded that they are not alone.
Through Christmas with a Purpose, the organizers hope to help Cold Hands Warm Hearts expand its reach during the Christmas season by providing additional food, gifts and essential items to those experiencing homelessness, financial hardship or other difficult circumstances.
Guests will also have opportunities to participate in a special Christmas giving experience designed to connect generosity with specific community needs. Every contribution—large or small—can help provide comfort, practical assistance and renewed hope to someone facing a difficult season.
