Christmas With a Purpose -  Where music brings us together, and generosity makes a difference.

Christmas With a Purpose is being created to raise funds for Cold Hands & Warm Hearts and bring our
community together around a simple idea: when people come together, they can make a real difference. 

The evening will feature a special Nashville-style writers round with Casey James, Mark Mackay and Morgan Myles, sharing the stories and songs behind their music. Guests will also enjoy delicious Christmas treats, pictures with Santa, and family-friendly fun—all while coming together to give back and bring hope to families in need. The night will close with a special Christmas concert from Mark Mackay, creating an unforgettable evening of music, community and purpose. Most importantly, it’s a night centered around giving back and bringing hope to families in need this Christmas.

Casey James first captured national attention as a Top 3 finalist on Season 9 of American Idol, launching a career defined by soulful vocals, powerful songwriting and exceptional guitar playing. Known for his authentic blend of country, blues, rock and soul, James has toured and shared stages with Taylor Swift, Delbert McClinton, Ed Sheeran, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and many more. His performances combine raw emotion, honest storytelling and standout musicianship, making Casey James a truly unforgettable live artist. 

 Mark MacKay brings together blazing guitar work, reflective storytelling and an energetic combination of rock and country soul. He has performed thousands of shows and appeared alongside artists including the Steve Miller Band, REO Speedwagon, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw and Gary Allan. Having taken the stage at celebrated venues such as Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the Kennedy Center, MacKay is known for creating performances that are both powerful and deeply personal.

 Morgan Myles is a powerhouse country-soul singer-songwriter whose remarkable vocal range and heartfelt delivery made her a Top 3 finalist on Season 22 of NBC’s The Voice. Her four-chair-turn performance introduced audiences across America to a voice filled with strength, vulnerability and conviction. Since then, she has made her Grand Ole Opry debut and continued sharing music centered on perseverance, healing, faith and hope.

Music with Mission

Proceeds from Christmas with a Purpose will benefit Cold Hands Warm Hearts, a local Homeless and Compassion Ministry devoted to serving people in need with dignity, acceptance and the love of Christ.

Cold Hands Warm Hearts believes in giving back to the community by providing a positive and welcoming place where people can receive help without feeling shame, judgment or rejection. Through both conversations and actions, the ministry seeks to share the message and compassion of Christ.

Its work is about more than meeting immediate physical needs. It is also about creating a place where people feel seen, respected, accepted and reminded that they are not alone.

Through Christmas with a Purpose, the organizers hope to help Cold Hands Warm Hearts expand its reach during the Christmas season by providing additional food, gifts and essential items to those experiencing homelessness, financial hardship or other difficult circumstances.

Guests will also have opportunities to participate in a special Christmas giving experience designed to connect generosity with specific community needs. Every contribution—large or small—can help provide comfort, practical assistance and renewed hope to someone facing a difficult season.

Christmas With a Purpose is more than a night of incredible music—it's a night about giving back, bringing hope, and making Christmas brighter for local families in need.
