Church Point Community Development Corporation Presents " A Night in RIO" 8th Annual Mardi Gras Ball

A Night in Rio is proudly hosted by the Church Point Community Development Corporation. Join us for our 8th Annual Mardi Gras Ball, taking place at the Church Point Community Center, located at 104 E. Darbonne Street, Church Point, LA.

The ball will be held from 6:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with formal attire required. General admission tickets are now on sale and include delicious food, a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and an unforgettable evening of fun and fellowship.

This year’s entertainment will feature The Eighties Experience along with music by DJ Tone Cosby to keep the celebration going all night long.

We are also honored to celebrate our 2026 Mardi Gras Ball Court Members:
Ms. Donna Wilridge, Mrs. Debbie Fontenot, Mrs. Sarah Guidry O’Pry, Mr. Andre Guidry, Mr. CJ Douresseaux, and Mr. Hayden Miller.
In addition, we are proud to recognize our Honorary Board Designees, Mr. Willie Bergeron and Mrs. Nenna Higginbotham.
