Just like its namesake, our food is all about contrast, complexity, and surprise—showcasing the sheer diversity of Indian cuisine in a way that’s rarely seen.

churmur is founded by Vatsala, a tech professional turned food entrepreneur. After a decade of leading business strategy for some of Asia’s largest tech platforms she is now on a mission to increase representation of lesser-known regional Indian food on menus in London.
