This is a menu I cook all the time for guests. It is easy to prepare and goes down a treat. There is only a few things to do once the guests arrive which is always a bonus and means you can relax with your friends rather than sweating over a pot! So why not invite some friends over for 8pm to enjoy all of this grub?
