Great fundraising starts from the inside out. In this opening session, we'll examine the personal motivations and organizational values that should anchor every ask you make — then assess your internal readiness by taking an honest look at your systems, capacity, and infrastructure. You'll identify both your strengths and the gaps to address before scaling your efforts. Small-group breakouts give you space to pressure-test your thinking with peers facing similar challenges.
